Do we need Microsoft 365 for Copilot?
Yes. Copilot is built into Microsoft 365. If you’re not on it, or you’re deciding whether to switch, we’ll advise on whether it’s the right fit before anything is set up.
How is this different from IT support or a Microsoft partner?
IT support gets Copilot switched on. We focus on what it should do for your business, in what order, and making sure your team actually uses it.
Is our information safe?
Copilot can surface anything a person already has access to. That’s why we review permissions and tidy up access before it’s turned on, not after.
We don’t use Microsoft. Can you still help?
Yes. The same approach works with other AI tools and automation platforms. We start from your workflows, not from a product.
